Terms of Service
Last updated 2 September 2026
About these terms
These terms govern access to Roster Hub, a workforce, rostering and record-management service operated by Euphoria Support Services. By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Roster Hub for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
Organisations control their workspaces and must only invite authorised people, assign appropriate roles and maintain a lawful basis for workforce, participant, health and other sensitive information entered into Roster Hub.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Roster Hub, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, access another organisation’s information without authority, upload malicious or unlawful material, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
You must not rely on Roster Hub as emergency, medical, legal, accounting, payroll, taxation or workplace-relations advice. Organisations remain responsible for professional decisions, care delivery, awards, payroll, billing, record keeping and regulatory compliance.
Shift, care and workforce records
Roster Hub helps authorised users record rosters, attendance, notes, kilometres, tasks, medication and other operational evidence. Users and organisations are responsible for reviewing entries for accuracy and correcting errors through authorised workflows. Some protected evidence is retained with an audit history and may not be directly overwritten or deleted.
Subscriptions and connected services
Access may depend on an organisation’s plan or entitlement. Prices, inclusions and billing terms shown at purchase or agreed with the organisation form part of these terms. App-store or payment-provider terms may also apply.
Optional services such as accounting, payroll, email, SMS, push notifications and AI assistance are provided partly by third parties. Their availability and terms may change, and an authorised manager is responsible for choosing and configuring integrations.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, device conditions, internet outages and third-party services can affect availability. We may update features, security controls or these terms, and will give reasonable notice where a change materially affects existing paid use.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, data or the service; investigate misuse; comply with law; or address unpaid charges. You or your organisation may request closure subject to permissions, billing and legal retention requirements. Sections intended to survive termination, including confidentiality, ownership, liability and record-retention provisions, continue to apply.
Ownership and feedback
Organisations and users retain their rights in information they lawfully submit. They grant us the limited permission needed to host, secure, process and transmit it to provide the service. Roster Hub software, branding and service materials remain owned by us or our licensors. You may provide feedback, which we may use without identifying you or disclosing confidential information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Where a permitted remedy can be limited, our liability is limited to supplying the relevant service again or paying the reasonable cost of doing so.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Before starting formal proceedings, each party should try in good faith to resolve the issue. For support or questions, visit the Support page or email admin@euphoriass.com.au.
